JOB BRIEF:
​
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s growing team! The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities will include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing reports, and basically being Attorney McGhee's second set of eyes and ears. To be successful in this role, you should be extremely well-organized, have great time management skills and be know that when you see a gap, JUMP IN without being asked. There is also some travel required when speaking engagements are scheduled, but the costs and travel expenses are always covered by our firm.

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our law firm by providing personalized and timely support to Attorney Kyona McGhee.

Requirements and Skills:

3+ years Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role

Excellent MS Office knowledge

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Discretion and confidentiality

PA diploma or certification is a plus

Business sense - has a strong business sense and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.

Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.

SALARY
This position will be paid as an independent contractor (no taxes withheld on our end) with a capped a salary range of $42,000 per year - $60,290 per year base on experience. Annual raises after the first year will be based upon performance, firm growth and quarterly reviews.
This role will report directly to the founding attorney, Kyona McGhee.
