Meet Kyona.
Kyona McGhee is the founder and managing attorney of The McGhee Law Firm, PLLC, better known as Trademark My Stuff. As a wife, mother of three, and trusted legal advisor, Kyona brings both professional excellence and personal understanding to the entrepreneurs she serves.
Graduating valedictorian of her law school class in 2018, Kyona was recognized early on for her expertise in the law of Evidence and Professional Ethics, serving as a teaching assistant in both subjects. She was also honored at Harvard Law School in 2017 by Ms. JD as a “Woman of the Law.”

Before launching her firm, Kyona was already a recognized leader in business. In 2015, the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce named her Minority Small Business Owner of the Year, and she has been celebrated as one of Genesee County’s 40 Under 40 Professionals to Watch in 2024.

Since founding the firm, Kyona has successfully filed thousands of trademark applications and personally guided hundreds of entrepreneurs through the challenges of protecting and growing their brands. Today, she leads a dynamic legal team committed to making the trademark process clear, supportive, and accessible to business owners nationwide.
